Rank - Introduction

Greatify enables a manager to rank a participant. Contrary to badges and prizes, the rank will be attributed to the employee for the entire time he or she works with Greatify.

These ranks are somewhat similar to those found in other companies and even the military. The rank name follows the participant’s name. For example: Jonathan Pouliot, Jedi Master.

To attribute a rank to a participant:

1. Create a Rank badge.
2. Create a Levels incentive.
3. Choose Rank as an award.

The rank will always be displayed underneath the participant’s name.
