Group - Create and organize

 

Use groups to reflect your organizational structure in Greatify. To create groups and sub-groups:

  1. In the Settings menu, select Groups.
  2. Click on the Add a group button.
  3. Enter the number and name of the group.
  4. Choose the parent group. For the root group, select (none).
  5. Click on the Add button.
  6. Create sub-groups in the same way, making sure to link them with the right parent groups.

You can create groups with the same name as long as the group number is different. This will help you distinguish one group from another.

  • As a manager, you can only create groups that are subjacent to yours.
  • There can only be one root group.
