Action - Collect ideas

Greatify allows you to collect ideas from your employees, to vote on those ideas and to give points accordingly within an incentive. Here is what to do:

1. Create a new action. For example « Submit idea ».
2. Check the box Ask for a description.
3. Check the box Ask for vote.
4. Create an incentive (whatever the type).
5. Use this new action in the incentive.

Each time a participant clicks on the + button of the action « Submit idea », a dialog box will ask him/her to enter a description:

Each participant who can participate in this incentive will be able to vote on his/her colleagues’ ideas. They will receive a message in their inbox to do so.

Finally, the manager will be able to consult this ideas list.
