Great news! We’ve just updated Greatify with a variety of different features based on your feedback!
Last fall, we went on a roadshow and met the vast majority of our clients, contact centers in customer service, telesales or technical support, to find out what features and improvements they wanted to see in Greatify. Thanks to everyone’s precious input, we’re pleased to announce the following updates in Greatify!
The two most important features of this release are:
- Take advantage of our new reporting tool that allows you to build all kinds of different reports in Excel
- Display scores, such as your organization’s NPS, so that you can add a touch of gamification to your team’s work day
And some more polish on existing features:
- Reward your employees every time they log into Greatify with our new Log in action
- Add longer reference numbers (up to 20 characters) to your actions
- Access lists of winners of past incentives
- Discover what your employees see when they log into Greatify
